What this section of the site is all about:
I visit a variety of Colorado homes, communities and builders evaluating everything with the trained eye of an experienced Realtor. Sure, I look for quality and value, both today and beyond – but I also dig a lot deeper. When I discover homes, builders and communities that I feel are noteworthy, I write features about them. You might even call them reviews.
Although I put considerable time and energy into these reviews and articles, no money has or will change hands with builders or developers for my opinions. It’s all simply to make your search for the best new Colorado home a bit easier. Give me a call to put my knowledge to work for you.
