How do I decide which communities to write about?
As a Colorado Realtor, my commitment to total client/customer satisfaction is paramount. One of the largest factors in a successful home ownership experience clearly starts with the selection of the community and the builder. As a result, I feel that it is critical to be intimately familiar with the neighborhoods and builders in my service area of Colorado Springs Castle Rock and South Denver. Therefore, I visit a wide range of communities on an ongoing basis and continually research an array of competitive factors.
When I visit communities and/or builders that I feel are making positive contributions to the Front Range Real Estate Market, I write articles about those communities and builders. I write all of the content myself and receive no compensation from anyone in exchange articles, perspectives or statements. Here are some of the key factors I look for in a community and builder:

- Quality
- Product innovation
